By adding EconomyBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
EconomyBot is provided free of charge for use on Discord servers. You may use the bot for any lawful purpose on servers that you own or manage. You may not use the bot to:
All currency, balances, items and rewards within EconomyBot are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services. We reserve the right to adjust, reset or remove virtual economy data at any time.
Access to the web dashboard is limited to Discord users who have the Manage Server permission (or are the owner) on the relevant Discord server. You are responsible for any changes made to your server's configuration through your account.
Server administrators may upload images (such as a bot avatar or banner) through the dashboard. By uploading content you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or Discord's Terms of Service. You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, hateful or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove uploaded content and terminate access without notice if this is violated.
We strive to keep EconomyBot online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates or other reasons at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to EconomyBot for any server or user that violates these terms, without prior notice.
EconomyBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of virtual data, downtime or any other damages arising from the use of the bot.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
